Taking breaths while swimming can be very stressful especially for some expert swimmers. Having to bend your neck and head into an awkward position only to take a breath of fresh air is a very stressful and painful process that can cause many to lose balance and form while trying to win in a competition.
To prevent this the “powerbreathe” is designed to keep swimmers from straining their necks and to keep them up and their balance plus form strengthened and well.
The device slips over your mouth and lets you breathe from tubes reaching all the way to the back of the swimmer’s head, letting air come in.
