Blake Freitas, Editor
Junior Blake Freitas is in his second year of journalism and now an editor after first taking the class his freshman year.
He is interested in expanding his work in photography and communication, building on his experience and strengths in interviewing and writing.
Freitas enjoys the relaxed, laid-back environment of the class and values the freedom to choose his own topics, something that also influences his day-to-day life.
Outside of school, he enjoys fishing, especially during the summer at nearby lakes and ponds, and primarily listens to R&B music.
Freitas is considering attending college but is still weighing his options. He credits his parents as a major source of inspiration and influence in his personal growth.
