Senior Nicole Fowler is a National Honors Society member who does a great job in her classes, and she is also a very good athlete. She is an excellent soccer player who wants to continue playing at the college level.
What sport are you playing outside of school?
Soccer, because I like it and play all the time.
Do you want to play soccer on the pro level?
No, only college. It’s tough competition, and it is another opportunity to play.
What is your most exciting moment from your experience?
When I scored the first goal against Marlborough. I changed the game moment, and after this goal we scored another goal and tied the game.
How do you balance your time?
It is hard, but I do my homework before practice and everything that is not done, I do after.
What’s your biggest challenge as an athlete?
Being able to manage my time wisely
What college do you want to play for?
Springfield College because they have the best school for my major, and I can play soccer there.
How do you think college soccer will be different?
Definitely more competitive, less time playing, harder practices, more commitment
If you had to choose between homework and a big soccer game, what would you choose?
I would obviously pick school, but it is hard.
