Carissa Barker, HHS special education teacher, welcomed her second child Alex James Barker February 13, 2019. She will return from maternity leave at the end of April.

“I’m enjoying my time home with the baby,” Barker said. “However, it’s a big adjustment for all of us and will take some getting used to being a new family of four.”
