I feel so bad for Janet Applefield because she didn’t get to see her family again until she was in her late teens and it was only her father.

i found when Janet Applefield spoke that it was very powerful because we were looking and hearing from a survivor instead of just reading about the Holocaust.

I ,as part of the group of students who had the experience of listening to such an interesting story told by the Holocaust survivor herself, appreciate her time and effort for coming in and talking to us. She is a very fortunate and strong woman, Janet Applefield should be honored for her courage and strength.

I was so interested in what Janet had to say after going through the Holocaust. It was an honor to meet her and hear her story.

I thought that it was nice for her to come visit and talk about her experience because it’s different and better than just reading and article or something from a textbook.
