Seeing what isn’t there
by Ruben Figueiredo
The iPhone gets even better as it is able to see things the human eye can’t see. This product was designed by Xianne and Isaac Penny, and this attachment to the iPhone was made to help the unseen world be seen. Simply attach the iPhone to the eyepiece of many devices like a camera, binoculars and even a microscope . The designers are calling this Magnifi, and they wanted this to be a big part of the iPhone.
When attached to a microscope, it seems to latch onto the eyepiece, so the product won’t move or cause a disturbance, but in order to get Magnifi to its maximum potential it needs to be at a certain measurement where nothing is blocking the lens and nothing is interrupting the connection between the eyepiece and the attachment. In the end, once it latches on it can be a very useful tool to help even scientists achieve the impossible.
It does have to be assembled in a certain way, so the user gets the maximum potential of this product. The way for it to be assembled is quite confusing unfortunately.
The inventors created many apps where users of this product can download things such as bird watching, small insect inspection and many more amazing apps to help enhance their progress. Currently the inventors are trying to raise funds on Kickstarter for an initial production run.
